Over the Weekend
The Dirtbags had a exciting weekend series against Wichita State. At the end of the Sunday, they sealed a Shocker sweep. Shane Peterson was a great team player, batting in 7 of those runs, hitting .500. He also received the title "Big West Player of the Year" after his great performance. Taylor Krick brought in a deep home run, soaring past the 400 sign at Blair Field. Danny Espinosa got a hold of 6 hits, making it around the bags 5 times.
